4) Drivers have habitual violations, such as speeding, overcrowding, and road grabbing during operation, and safety supervision cannot fully cover them, causing drivers to have a fluke mentality for safety and weak safety awareness.

Second, the auxiliary transportation efficiency is low and the transportation speed is slow

1) Improper use and management of vehicles has caused tensions in vehicles, delayed loading and unloading in some units, and serious vehicle backlogs, resulting in extremely low vehicle turnover and transportation efficiency.

2) The information of the materials loaded on the vehicle cannot be identified, there is no tracking method, the detailed information cannot be accurately grasped, and the vehicle cannot be supervised. The phenomenon of material fraud and embezzlement during transportation sometimes exists.

3) The information feedback of transportation material management and vehicle management is not smooth, the logistics information lacks efficient management methods, it is impossible to understand the production logistics information in time, and it is difficult to carry out the dynamic deployment of production logistics.

The third is the high cost of auxiliary transportation and serious capital occupation

1) The auxiliary transportation tasks in coal mines are arduous, the transportation routes are complex and scattered, and need to be changed at any time, requiring a lot of manpower, material resources and time, thus increasing the cost of auxiliary transportation.

2) The overhaul and maintenance of vehicles is not in place, and the vehicle is in poor condition, which is mainly manifested in the decline of vehicle power, increased fuel consumption, more vehicles to be repaired, and high maintenance costs. Not only has the transportation task been strained, but some vehicles have "sick running" conditions, leaving hidden dangers to safe production.
