Concrete Mixer Truck
Self-loading concrete mixer truck and explosion-proof diesel concrete trailer pump are two special vehicles developed by our company for special working conditions in underground coal mines. They are used for loading, mixing, transporting (mixing trucks) and pumping ( Trailer pump), has the characteristics of time-saving, labor-saving and convenient, effectively reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving work efficiency.

1. The self-loading design of the tank saves time and effort.

3. Wide range of application: Two pumping pipes with inner diameters of 80 and 125 can be configured to meet the requirements of concrete transportation of different particles and have the function of shotcreting.
4. Equipped with reversing image system and seat rotating design, which is convenient for material loading.
5. The mixing motor can work in reverse to prevent the concrete from blocking the pipeline.
6. The speed-limiting design of tank rotating motor prevents uneven mixing of concrete (8-10r/min).
7. Change the traditional methods of underground operations: reduce staffing, improve labor efficiency, and save labor time.
